We have agreed to your request for a holding deadline of July 17th 2026 for the rooms set aside. However, we
ask that you encourage people to book in advance (even if they aren't sure whether or not they will
qualify for the championships). After July 17th we will release the un-reserved rooms, but guests are
welcome to request a booking for any rooms we have available after that date.
