Randy Diamond Bursary

Softball PEI Bursary in memory of Randy Diamond

Softball PEI is very proud to announce the Randy Diamond bursary that will provide $500 to deserving softball players to assist with their post-secondary education.

The bursary is in memory of a long time Softball member and friend, Randy Diamond. Randy was very well known in the Softball community having played, coached and umpired at many different levels. As a lover of all sports, Randy always had the support of his family. Even at 66 years old Randy was very competitive in everything he did. In 2021, Randy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer. Unfortunately, Randy lost his battle on May 4th 2021. Softball PEI is excited to see Randy’s legacy continue while helping Softball players further their education.
